Manufacturing process of high-quality DC permanent magnet brushless motors for solar water pumps.
No.1-1 Motor Coil
Wound by automatic wire inserting machine. All enameled wires are made of 180-degree high-temperature wires, and the stators are made of 600 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.
No.1-2 Motor Coil
The coil after processing is subjected to turn-to-turn and withstand voltage tests. Qualified products are dipped in paint to increase the insulation and firmness of the coil.
No.2 Laser Marking on Motor Barrel
After being checked by the quality inspector, laser marking is carried out according to the customer's requirements.
No.3 Install the Oil Sac and Press the Circlip Cover
Press-fits the motor circlip cover with fully automatic press-fitting equipment.
No.4 Coil Pressing Process
Motor coil press-fitting with precise positioning.
No.5 Motor Size Measurement
The size of each press-fitted motor is measured. After passing the test, the motor can be put into production.
No.6 Motor Wiring
For the welding of the oil cylinder cable and the lead wire of the motor coil, double-walled tubes are used to protect the welding point with insulation.
No.7 Press-fitting of the Rotor
The rotor adopts 304 stainless steel shaft, which avoids the risk of broken shaft. The magnet is made of 40SH aluminum iron boron material, and the temperature resistance can reach 150 ℃.
No.8 Installing of the Mechanical Seal
The mechanical seal is made of silicon carbide impregnated with graphite, and the sealing performance of the motor is stronger.
No.9 Press-fitting of the Cylinder
After the oil cylinder is press-fitted, the sealed semi-finished motor is completed
No.10 Motor Test
The installed motor will undergo power-on test and air tightness test to ensure the tightness and stability of the motor.
No.11 Oiling the Motor
After passing the inspection, the motor is vacuum filled with lubricating oil, and a high-quality motor is completed.

Stator Pressing Equipment
The automatic press is equipped with a high-precision distance sensor. According to the specific height requirements, the coil pressing distance parameters can be accurately set in the equipment operation interface. During the entire pressing process, the system will monitor and dynamically adjust key parameters such as pressure and displacement in real time to ensure that the pressing size of each coil can strictly meet the standards, effectively improving the consistency of product quality and improving the overall production efficiency of the product.
Magnetic Steel surface mounting machine
The parameters are set in the magnet surface mounting machine operation interface. The system will ensure that each magnet can be pressed into the rotor in strict accordance with the preset standards, effectively improving the consistency of product quality. At the same time, the automated operation process greatly reduces the manual intervention process and improves the overall production efficiency of the product.
Bearing press machine
The bearing press machine is equipped with a distance sensing system. According to the specific installation height requirements, the bearing installation distance parameters can be accurately set on the equipment operation interface.
During the entire press process, the system will monitor and dynamically adjust key parameters such as pressure and distance in real time to ensure that the pressing dimensions of each bearing can strictly meet the preset standards, effectively improving the consistency of product quality.
